In most cases when you encounter a problem of the rogue application on your computer, you must remove them from your machine ASAP. However, your computer may not be lucky to have the installation files of such useful programs and you will have to download them from the Internet. Since the viruses usually block the functioning of the browsers, you may have difficulties while such download.
If you are face to face with this unpleasant situation, when you are blocked from downloading removal tool, follow the instruction:
Restart your machine, but reboot it in the “Safe Mode with Networking.”
In order to have such result, restart your computer and when the PC turns on, quickly press “F8″ on your keyboard. By means of the arrow pick the “Safe Mode with Networking” and press ENTER. If you fail to boot in the Safe Mode with Networking, restart your PC once again and keep pressing “F8″ key.
Then open the Internet Explorer. Select Tools > Internet Options. Click on “Conncections” in the Internet Options window. Then pick the LAN settings button. 
Make sure to uncheck the check box, where it says “Use a proxy server for your LAN”.
After you are finished with this, download and run Spyware Doctor to remove rogue application. If you are warned by the Spyware Doctor “Safe Mode Scan is not recommended”, ignore it and go on to scan the PC, so it later removes the badware. After the process completed, the computer must be rebooted into the Normal Mode.
