Hello Dominique Pendergraft! I’ll try to help you! You see, in order to go to the internet options without any problems you must log into your Windows in Safe Mode with Networking (press F8 consatntly while computer starts. Than you will be able to use internet and remove Antivirus Soft without any obstacle’s.

Hello, I’m in need of some serious assistance, I’m only 15 and the only ‘computer wiz’ in the house. I am dealing with the fake anti-virus and it keeps me from task manager and command promt along with so many other downloads. Some of the guides to get this off my computer ask me to go to the internet options….unfortunately I have fire fox and it will not let me in that. I need an easy solution, please help!
